What exactly is Planet Heycha?
It's a great place to shop for anyone who loves tea. We cater to the so-called quirky tea nerds, space freaks, general enthusiasts, chatty sommeliers, cosmic travelers, gongfu newbs, and unabashed tea purists. Planet Heycha has something for everyone... possibly even *gulp* coffee people ☕️
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the U.S. Sign up for our emails and we will notify you if international shipping becomes available.
Do you offer returns / refunds?
At this time, all sales are final. We are a small, growing business and I truly appreciate your understanding. Please review your order carefully before placing it. You can also peek at our comprehensive policies here. Returns and refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Planet Heycha.
How do you ship your items?
I package each item with pride, care, and excitement. I’m also committing to a greener future with sustainable packing materials like honeycomb packing paper and recycled tissue. On occasion, traditional bubble wrap may be used in orders to protect your items, but good news! It’s also 70% post-consumer recycled and fully recyclable 🙂

When do you ship out orders?
All orders will have a handling period of 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please see our shipping policies here for more info.
Who do you ship with?
Depending on your location, I will use one of the three major shipping carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Do you offer wholesale?
I am looking into this, and I hope to offer actual wholesale at some point. If you are interested now, please shoot me an email at planet.heycha@gmail.com and we might be able to work out a bulk discount in the meantime!
Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my items?
While infrequent, sometimes packages are scanned before they hit your doorstep. Please give it a day or two before reaching out. Usually they show up or a neighbor has them.
It’s my responsibility to provide you with tracking information and make sure the package is fully protected and insured. Once it’s scanned by the shipping carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver it to you.
While we hope there are no hiccups with any delivery, things happen. In the case of a lost item, please see our current policies here about filing claims with the post office.
Do you offer design work or other services?
Just behind tea, graphic design is my other real passion. I'd be more than happy to help depending on the scope and ask. Don’t be afraid to reach out for any and all inquiries.
Planet Heycha sounds cool, but what are you doing for OUR planet?
To offset the inherent nature of certain products, everything has been thoughtfully packaged in sustainable materials. A mix of compostable, biodegradable, 100% post-consumer recycled, and fully curbside recyclable. Though slightly pricier, Planet Heycha never compromises when it comes to its alliance with Planet Earth. A full breakdown of our latest materials is included with every order.
